The beginning · the craft on the floor
I started very young in hospitality, learning that serving wine is, above all, an act of hospitality. More than two decades dedicated to wine later, I still believe it: wine isn't served, it is accompanied.

I started very young in hospitality, learning that serving wine is, above all, an act of hospitality. More than two decades dedicated to wine later, I still believe it: wine isn't served, it is accompanied.

02
WSET Level II certified, trained by winemakers, growers and the finest sommeliers I have had the privilege to work with. The training never ends; wine always has one more question.

03
Today I design private experiences for national and international guests who want more than just a glass: they want to understand the landscape, meet the producer and keep a story worth telling.

04
I work with small wineries, altitude wines and artisan projects. I defend narrative pairing: each glass is a chapter, each tasting a book.
— Manifesto
What I stand for, what I serve, what I tell in every glass.
it isaccompanied.
It is landscape, memory, the people who make it. My job is for every glass to open a conversation worth remembering.
