1. Website owner

2. Purpose and terms of use

This website provides information about the sommelier services, wine tastings, wine tourism, training and gastronomic experiences offered by Ricardo Martínez in Granada and Andalusia, and allows the purchase of gift vouchers and booking requests.

Accessing and browsing the site implies acceptance of these terms. Users agree to use the site lawfully and not to carry out actions that could damage, disable or overload the systems, nor to submit unlawful content.

3. Intellectual property

Texts, photographs, videos, logos, design and code are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights belonging to the owner or to third parties who have authorised their use. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Brands and logos of partner wineries and companies belong to their respective owners and are displayed for identification purposes only.

4. Gift voucher purchase conditions

• Gift vouchers are purchased through the Stripe payment gateway. The minimum amount is €30 and can be customised. Prices include VAT.
• Once payment is confirmed, the voucher is emailed to the buyer and, if indicated, to the recipient. The purchase is confirmed with a unique code.
• The voucher can be redeemed within 12 months of purchase for any experience on the site, subject to booking a date with Ricardo Martínez. If the chosen experience exceeds the voucher amount, the difference is paid separately.
• The voucher is not refundable in cash or exchangeable for money, but it can be transferred to another person.
• Right of withdrawal: as a service, the buyer may withdraw within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been redeemed, by writing to the contact address above. The full amount will be refunded by the same payment method.

5. Bookings and cancellations

• Open tastings are booked through Ticket Tailor, subject to its own terms. Private and bespoke experiences are arranged directly with Ricardo Martínez.
• Private experiences may require a deposit to secure the date. Specific cancellation terms are communicated when the booking is confirmed; as a general rule, cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are fully refunded.
• Experiences include the consumption of alcoholic beverages and are restricted to people aged 18 or over. Please drink responsibly.

6. Liability

The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the site, although reasonable means will be used to avoid such issues. The owner is not responsible for the content of third-party sites linked from this site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the consumer's place of residence. Consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
