Team building with Ricardo Martínez is a company activity built around wine, hosted by a WSET-certified sommelier in Granada. There are two main formats: a private tasting of 90 to 120 minutes for teams of 8 to 30 people, from €40 per person, at the venue you choose or in your own office; or a wine tourism day from 9am to 5pm with transport, vineyard, winery and pairing, at €150 per person. Everything is designed around the team, the occasion and the budget, in Spanish or English.
A company activity where nobody has to pretend to know about wine: you taste, give opinions, laugh and share a table. I design it around the team, the occasion —team building, a team celebration, client hospitality or a corporate event— and the budget.
The most requested format is the private tasting: 90 to 120 minutes, 8 to 30 people, at the venue you choose in Granada, in your office or at the event hotel. Granada wines, fortified wines, a Rioja versus Ribera or, if the team prefers, craft beer, EVOO or whisky, always with tapas in the centre of the table.
To get out of the city, the wine tourism day takes the group from 9am to 5pm to the altitude vineyards of La Alpujarra, with transport, winery, wine museums, a sensory-room tasting and a pairing. It can be extended with lunch, audiovisual equipment for companies, a flamenco group or a DJ.
And if you would rather I come to you, the sommelier-at-home format sets the tasting up in your office from €190 for a minimum two-hour service, with optional private chef, waiter and glassware rental.

- Yes. I set the tasting up wherever you choose —a private room, your office or the hotel hosting the event— and bring the selection, the materials and the set-up. A private chef, a waiter and glassware rental can be added if needed.

- No. The activity works for every level and is told without jargon: what matters is that the team shares a table, tastes, gives opinions and laughs.
Can it be held in English?
- Yes. I host activities in both Spanish and English.
