I arrive with my personal cellar — altitude wines, small wineries, unique labels you won't find on a conventional list. We design the pairing, decant, narrate, serve.

If you wish, we integrate one of our partner chefs for a bespoke tasting menu. I take care of the wine, they of the plate, and you only of enjoying.
