1. This site does not use its own cookies

The site has been designed so that it does not need cookies. We do not set tracking, advertising or profiling cookies, which is why you will not see a consent banner.

2. Cookie-free analytics

To understand which pages are read and where visitors come from we use two tools that do not set cookies or store identifiers on your device, and that cannot identify you: Umami (self-hosted in the European Union) and Vercel Web Analytics. Both work with aggregated, anonymised data and therefore do not require consent.

3. Third-party services that may use cookies

Some features are provided by external services that may set their own technical cookies when you use them:

• Ticket Tailor (calendar and booking of open tastings, embedded on the home page): technical cookies needed to complete the booking. More at tickettailor.com/privacy.
• Stripe (gift voucher payment): pressing “Pay” opens Stripe's secure page, which uses cookies for fraud prevention and to complete the payment. More at stripe.com/cookies-policy.
• WhatsApp and Instagram: links open those apps or sites, subject to their own policies.

4. Managing cookies

You can block or delete third-party cookies from your browser settings. Note that blocking them may prevent you from completing a booking or a payment on the external services mentioned above.
