Ricardo Martínez is a Granada-born gastronomy communicator, sommelier and specialist in Andalusian wine and cuisine. More than 20 years on the floor, in the winery and in training have taught me that wine isn't served, it is told.
I combine my outreach work with content creation and collaborations with wineries, restaurants and institutions. My obsession: altitude wines and the soul of the people who make them. Come and see for yourself.
