We design the script together: Andalusian altitude wines, small-winery discoveries, exciting verticals, or a journey through Atlantic whites. Five premium labels, no filler.
The pairing is part of the conversation: artisan cheeses, Iberian acorn-fed ham, selected preserves. Each glass is a chapter and I walk you through every one.
